My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pippin is an adorable 6 year old Poodle/Bichon; 16 pounds; spayed; female. She is current on vaccines, microchipped and house-trained.

Pippin was raised in a wonderful, loving home until her owner suddenly died recently. She was left with an adult daughter who was planning to take this sweet angel to a kill shelter. Luckily, the Bill Foundation was able to rescue Pippin before she was impounded, and now she is safe in a foster home.

Pippin is affectionate, playful and charming; friendly with people and other animals, including cats!

Pippin is an energetic walker. She can be a bit over-exuberant when she sees other dogs on the street. Pippin is not a chronic barker, but she will alert you about people at the door and passers-by.

She loves her fluffy toys and will retrieve her rubber ball. She enjoys rides in the car and loves to snuggle at home. According to her foster mom, she gets an A plus for smooch-ability!

Although Pippin is a sweet girl, she would do better in a home with adults or one with gentle children over 10 years old.
