Sadie was rescued from a local shelter years ago and has lived with other dogs in her home. Her mom has less time due to work and wants Sadie to find a new home that can provide her with the attention she deserves. She loves kids and is housebroken. She gets along with nice calm dogs and has made many friends. She can be defensive with dogs that have strong personalities and/or some little yappy dogs. Sadie is very fast on her feet and could be mixed with greyhound or ridgeback. There is so much good about Sadie that she is wanting to share with a family of her own.

From her mom: Sadie is a very energetic, loving, sweet dog, that gets along with most other dogs. The only time she is aggressive is when another dogs aggressive behavior is present and she responds to protect herself. Otherwise she is one big love and wants to play. She is great with children as well.

Ideally, Sadie would thrive as a WORKING dog, as she gets bored easily. Perfect for a farm, or security dog, or on a property that is vast, yet contained. She is smart and responds well to training. She is house broken, leash friendly and loves attention.
