Vinny's Story...
This is our sweet little Vinny. Poor Vinny was brought to us after his owner died. If ever there was a dog who was depressed it was Vinny His caretaker told me that he cried non stop for 2 weeks and had some hair loss due to his depression. As soon as he arrived here, things changed in a wonderful way. Because we have so many dogs here, he was too busy and having too much fun to be depressed! His hair grew back in no time and he is just the happiest little guy ever. We had to have his teeth taken care of as they had probably never been cleaned in his life. He is neutered, micro-chipped, heart worm negative and up to date on all of his shots Vinny is 5 years young and ready for his forever home!
Adoption fee $600

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Vinny, a Newark Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Newark, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
