Flora is the prettiest, most stunning, pure-bred yellow tabby/Persian type that we ever rescued. She was an owner turn-in. She is very sweet and the ultimate lap sitter. She is also happy just to be near you and cat nap. She is easy cat and would be fine as an only cat for someone who is home a lot. She was adopted as a kitten from a shelter and had a tough unstable life moving every couple of years. She was alone much of the time. A front leg was broken from a window falling and the owner could not afford to fit it. However, it healed and she can still run like the wind, chasing around for fun. She is a great companion and would love to have a lap to sit in. She likes small sweet dogs and would be just fine as an only cat. Flora is 7 years old, and weighs 11 pounds! After having a splint on for several months, her leg has healed but she has a significant limp. She has adapted well and it does not hurt but it is weak, so she holds it up some and does not use it all the time. She is fully vetted, spayed, and up to date on her shots!
