Faith's story is quite special. She was abandoned at a business in Lancaster when the tenants moved 2 years ago. Neighboring businesses took care of her during the time. A new tenant moved into the business and it was decided that it was time for Faith to go to a rescue where she would have the chance to find a forever home. Paw Parent had room and in she moved happily. It was believed that she was not good with other dogs which turned out not to be true. She gets along great with all dogs here, loves people and is a happy and sweet dog. Just recently we discovered that she is fascinated with water and loves to swim.  She might have some Labrador in her, soince she gets really excited when you throw rocks in the water, which she will try to catch by swimming after them.  The vet she was seen by believes that she is much younger then what the people who took care of her thought she was. She is probably around 7 years and weighs 60 pounds.

She is house broken, knows how to use a doggy door, is calm and quiet and would make someone a very good friend. She is spayed, micro chipped and up to date with all her shots.

Please call 661-724-0642 if you want to make her your new friend!

About Paw Parent

About Our Rescue Group...

Our goal is to fight for the plight of all companion animals so that none of them will ever
have to experience the horrors of being imprisoned in a pound system, where most of them are executed for the “crime” of being unwanted and homeless.
Animals entering our sanctuary will be given exceptional loving care and all the necessary medical attention whether short term, until adopted or for their lifetimes.
The survival of the sanctuary depends entirely on the support and donations from supporters, members and volunteers.
Through your generous giving we will be able to save countless lives in the future.

Our Adoption Process...

If you have found a pet of your liking on our site and contacted us we will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
We require a potential adopter to fill out an application.
If the application is satisfactory we will contact you to set up a time to meet. We also do home checks to make sure that the house or apartment the pet will go to is safe. The pet will be brought to your home at the time of the home check and if everything looks good and goes well the pet will be left with you. We are asking for an adoption fee and we also will have you sign a contract.
We allow a two week trial period during which the money will be refunded if it turnes out to not be a match. After the two week period the adoption fee is not refundable.
