Lady's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lady's Story...
Lady is a lovely one year old Lab mix weighing 50.6 pounds. Lady loves people and we think she will be good with children. She gets along well with all other dogs. Felines are still a bit scary to her. True to her breed she is full of energy and just loves getting lots of exercise. She would be a great jogging partner. Still young she can be nervous in new situations but is learning to adapt well. Lady has made her way to foster care in Vancouver from our sister organization in Mexico where she was spayed, dewormed and fully vaccinated. If you are an active family looking for a wonderful buddy to explore the great outdoors, Lady is for you so contact us for an application at info.pvca@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady, a Vancouver Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
