Godie's Story...

My name is Godie, and I am a beautiful German Shepherd boy looking for a new home to call my own!

I am about 6-8 months old, and am great with kids and other dogs. I haven't been around cats so the rescue is not sure how I would be around them. But I am super lovable and smart! I would love to find a new home today!

I would prefer a home with a fenced yard, as once I grow up I will want room to run around and play!

If you would like to set up a meet and greet, please complete our online adoption evaluation form and ask for pet by name!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Godie, a Warren German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Warren, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Warren.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warren already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warren breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warren paves the way for another one to be saved.
