My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Princess Dolley Madison is a 3 1/2 year old English Bulldog, that is a retired breeding dog.She arrived in the Kingdom on President's Day, what a happy girl she is! Dolley was born July 28, 2012, and has spent her entire life as a breeding dog. Dolley has discovered that she loves her new found freedom, she is as curious and out going as can be! She loves meeting new people, trying to play, as she is new at it, she hasn't quite figured it all out, and she absolutely loves going for walks and riding in the car. Being new to walking on a leash, she can tend to pull as she wants to explore all the sights and sounds. Dolley is not fully housebroken, she does have occasional accidents still now, but her foster home is working with her. Dolley has had an exam by our royal vet, and she was quite the chunky monkey when she arrived, so we placed her on a diet. Dolley she has been wormed, she is heartworm negative, and Brucellosis negative, and she is current on her shots, including rabies and bordetella. Dolley had an inverted tail which was infected when she arrived, she has since had surgery to correct this. Dolley's eyes are entropic, she had surgery to repair them, but, having lived so long with this, it has caused her left eye to have a condition called "dry eye". She will require to be on an Ophthalmic eye ointment daily for the rest of her life, and this costs roughly $20.00 a month. Dolley cannot be adopted to a home with any children under the age of 8 years old. This is our policy for all Bulldog breeds, please do not ask us to deviate from this. Dolley will be available for adoption after March 18th and can only be adopted by someone with current or past Bulldog experience due to her past life before the rescue.

Dolley Madison's adoption donation is $400.00

All of our Royal's are spayed or neutered, brought current on all shots, including rabies and bordetella, heartworm tested, wormed, microchipped and receive a dental if needed.

An application must be completed, submitted and approved prior to meeting any of our Royal Prince and Princesses. A completed application does not guarantee adoption approval
