~ ADOPTION PENDING ~
You may meet and apply to adopt Max at our ADOPTION EVENT on SUNDAY, APRIL 24th from 12 Noon - 3:00 at PETCO in NEWPORT BEACH. (Our event is held INSIDE of the PETCO store.) adoptpetmatch@gmail.com
Max is a male Poodle/Wheaten Terrier mix approximately 2 years old. He is a solid, sturdy boy weighing 20 pounds full grown. Max has a wavy apricot and creme coat that is low/non-shedding. He is easy to brush out and maintain. Max is a people dog, super friendly and the kind of dog that will welcome company and hang out easily with everyone. He loves to be included and in the center of things and will be petted or play with anyone. He is housebroken and has good indoor manners. He also knows how to sit on command and comes readily when called. He has great obedience skills and is eager to please. Max is excellent with children and great with other dogs. He would be a fine choice for a family who wants a dog they can take everywhere - camping, trips to the park, the beach, kids after school sports games. Max just loves life and is very willing and agreeable with whatever you would like to do. He is quiet and will greet friends with a happy wag of his tail. In fact, his tail never stops wagging. That is one of the first things we noticed about him was his eager, happy, friendly tail wagging. He is such a good boy. Max will delight in snuggling with the family inside the home, or fun playtime in the backyard. He is robust and healthy - the kind of dog that you will never have to worry about. Max was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter. He is a great all around dog for sure! Max will thrive in a home where he is included as a valued family member. He has a lot of love to give and will make his owners very happy. Max is ready for his new loving forever home today!
Max’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Max is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Sharon and is ready for his forever home.
