Hi, I'm Kitko a very sweet Chow who is in need of a new home as my owners moved and I could not go with them. I'm sad to have been left behind, but I know my future is bright now that I'm in C.A.R.L.'s adoption program. The staff and volunteers have been giving me lots of love and attention as I get used to my new surroundings. As you can see I was shaved down to remove all the matted fur. I was introduced to playgroups that they have out at the kennel. I was very friendly and well-behaved with people and the other dogs. If you enjoy the beach, I do too. Rolling in the cool sand feels so good.
I'm currently in a foster home with 2 other Chows and we all get along great. My previous foster mom (I was in a foster home before my current one.) created a Facebook page for me. You can see more pictures of me by clicking the link Adopt Kitko
If you have the love and patience to give me a chance, please come meet me. I look forward to a wonderful life with a loving family in a home to call my own.
*Thank you to Sharon for sponsoring this wonderful dog at the Burnice Kraemer Sanctuary and giving him the chance for a better life.
