Facts about Marilla

  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Female

Marilla is delightful in all the ways dogs can be; goofy, cuddly, and completely unaware of her size.

Marilla loves two things more than anything else in this world, and those things are fetch and belly rubs. If she has a choice between a ball or a new friendly person to beg for rubs, she will agonize over it for a few moments. Usually she chooses the belly rubs. Her default assumption when meeting new people is that they are new best friends, and they feel the same way about her. She cannot get close enough to people. She will wind herself all around you trying to get as many body parts touching as possible.

Marilla would do best in a home where someone can be around most of the time, with a yard or opportunity for regular trips to the park to throw the ball around. She seems house trained. She would be best around older kids, as she is very strong and her cuddles may be overwhelming for little ones. We haven't introduced her to cats yet.

If you can handle mountains of instant and unconditional love, then please consider Marilla. She's been waiting for you.
