'Upper Peninsula Animal Wefare Shelter'
(formerly Marquette County Humane Society)
Barry is a friendly 7 year old male, front declawed cat. He thinks windows are great napping places and he loves to watch the birds out his window. Barry is very affectionate, playful and confident. He loves to show off and strut his stuff! Barry loves meeting new people and would be a great greeter cat at your home. Barry is a favorite of many of the staff and everyone that meets him falls in love! Barry is very much the charmer and super handsome also!
Barry has a condition called Lower Urinary Tract Disease. Learn more here: http://www.vet.cornell.edu/FHC/health_information/UrinaryConcerns.cfm).
Because of this Barry will be best in a home where his new owner is willing to help Barry decrease his stress and provide a specific diet for him.
But Barry is a very special kitty and he has the potential to bring much joy and love to a home. Please contact us if you think you can give Barry the forever home he needs.
UPAWS will provide 6 months of Barry's care with his fee-waived adoption.
