Fred's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Fred's Story...
Are you looking for a laid back guy with plenty of love to give? Fred is old enough to understand that he should act with proper manners, but young enough to love to play with people and other dogs. Sweet Fred bounces around like a puppy when he gets the chance to play with other dogs, yet calms down quickly and behaves like a gentleman. he is a quite and polite soul looking for his perfect forever home. Fill out an adoption application for pre-approval and to meet this handsome man! Fred should not go to a home with birds, hamsters, or other small pocket pets as he does have a prey-drive. This guy just wants a human and maybe another doggie friend to cuddle with.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fred, a Fort Wayne Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff for sale in Fort Wayne, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff dog from a breeder in Fort Wayne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Wayne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Wayne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Wayne paves the way for another one to be saved.
