Frank's Story...
All right, let me be Frank…I’m an adorable little dude, and I wanna go home with you! I’m the type of boy you’ll fall in love with…I mean, everyone falls in love with adorable lil Frank. And believe me, I’ll fall in love with you too, just give me a minute, ok! I am such a sweet and playful fella, always happy to see a new face whether it be human, canine, or feline, but I am pretty insecure, so I like to take a minute to get to you know ya and trust that you’re safe. Children must be very gentle and respectful if they want the opportunity to love up on me. I am still young, a bit of a puppy really, but my crate training is coming along fantastically, and a little obedience school is just what I need to learn lots of great skills and boost my confidence. You can tell me…have you fallen in love with me yet? It’s ok, you can be Frank….1 year old-13lbs. My adoption fee is $220 and includes neuter, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frank, a Portland Corgi/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Chihuahua for sale in Portland, or seeking a Corgi/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Chihuahua breeders who help with Corgi/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
