Foster parents have the first option to adopt. We will provide all you need to foster.
Weight: 16.2 lbs.
Age: 1 yrs old
Personality: Shy at first but warms up very quickly. He is sweet, affectionate, loves to sit on laps, give kisses, calm.
Coat: Soft hair that will require regular grooming. Mostly non-shedding.
Training: Knows sit. Learning.
Potty trained: Yes, but work in progress. Will go outside or use potty pads.
Health: He is very healthy.
History: Filbert, his mom and his 5 brothers were abandoned by their owner at a pet hotel (boarding facility) in S. Korea. They were saved by a dog rescue in Korea. The mom (Hazelnut) and all 6 puppies have been brought to the US, to find permanent homes.
Fostered in: Irvine, CA (Southern California applications only.)
Type of home: Any home setting will be ok with him.

All dogs are fully vetted, tested for heartworm, microchipped, and up to date with vaccinations.
Our adoption process looks like this:
1. Adoption application review by WHDR board
2. Adoption application approval
3. Meet and greet
4. Home safety check
5. Final approval and adoption finalized
