This pretty tabby was abandoned during the July move and was living on the street in front of the apartment block that was her former home and being fed by some kindly residents. A refuge volunteer who lives in the same building notice that she was injured but when she touched her she cried out in pain. A few kitty treats at the back of a cage, however, tempted her and we were able to get her to the clinic where she was treated with antibiotics for her wound and was vaccinated and neutered. She is quite lovely and likes to be petted nearher head but she is still quite sensitive around the tail where she was hurt so it would be ideal if a family without young children would adopt her. A classic tabby with a cute face and bright eyes who deserves a second chance at finding a loving home where she will not be discarded like an old piece of furniture someone doesn't want anymore.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mia, a Verdun Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Verdun, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Verdun.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Verdun already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Verdun breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Verdun paves the way for another one to be saved.
