Roxie is as loving as it comes, a true lap dog. She loves people when they give her a chance to figure them out. However, if someone is aggressive with someone she loves or seems menacing in anyway, she will let them know they need to back off.
She plays rather rough sometimes and it really doesn't matter the size of the dog. It is more important that the personalities match. Her best friends have been tiny puppies, a tuxedo kitten and an adult Corgi.
Roxie is actually a very petite pittie, weighing only 35 pounds. She is slim and muscular. She walks great in a harness and leash and loves to go for walks/jogs. This type of activity is a must for her. She is very agile and athletic. However, when you are ready to settle in for the evening or lounging on the couch watching a marathon of your favorite TV show, Roxie will be right there next to you, snoozing. She looks at you with such admiration with her big onyx eyes. She would do best in a more rural area where there is not a lot of foot traffic during her walks/runs, so that she doesn't get overwhelmed.
