Tenson's Story...
Tenson, Twist, Tonk and Topper came to rescue safely inside of their mother, Garbo, who was pregnant and placed on Craigslist in northwestern Arkansas. She could have so easily ended up in a puppy mill but luckily was picked up by some rescue minded folks who got her (and her pregnant sister, Hepburn) to rescue just in the nick of time. We received them on a Sunday and these little darlings were born into rescue only 6 days later on Saturday, January 9, 2016. They came out of a chihuahua but it's anyone's guess who daddy is. We have DNA tested one of the pups and should know something by the end of March. Tenson is a terrific puppy. He's outgoing and likes to play with his siblings. Tenson is neutered, up to date on all shots, on heartworm/flea preventative and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $375 with all first year vet work done.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tenson, a House Springs Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in House Springs, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in House Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in House Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a House Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in House Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
