Hello, my name is Rocky. I'm a14-year-old (born 8/12/01) black and tan neutered male Chihuahua, and I weigh 12.5 pounds. My owner could no longer keep me because of her health issues, so she surrendered me to a rescuer who turned me over to Happy Tails. I don't mark, and I squat when I pee. I'm quiet but very friendly. My adoption fee is $100.
