Roxi (DSH orange/white tabby, age 3).Roxi is special not just because she is a pretty little gal with spunk and attitude. She is a very rare orange and white kitty that is a female. And being a she, she can certainly cop an attitude at times. Though she is ok with dogs, she prefers to be the one and only cat in your household. A good mouser who is playful, loving and affectionate, she does have a few sensitive areas that can result in a gentle nip that will turn into a quick lick when reprimanded. Therefore we feel she would be better suited to a home without young children. One of the first to greet us at FUR, we are just as happy to see her as she is to see us!

Our shelter is a no cage, no kill sanctuary. Most of the cats in our care are here because they was no other alternative and for many it was their last hope. All of our cats receive love, affection and attention everyday. Every volunteer we have spends personal time with each and every one of them so we can tell you in detail all about their personality when you come to adopt. The more we can adopt out the more we can go out and rescue.
