Lucy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lucy's Story...
I am looking for somewhere to call home. I came from Missouri with a broken tail. My fosters took care of that and up to date with shots. I am 2/4 yrs old and 55 pounds. A coon dog mix. I get along great with little humans and other dogs. Not sure about cats. I am a very friendly girl , when I see someone coming, I get all wriggling and happy. I am very well behaved and housebroken. Sometimes I am in a crate during the day. My foster family doesn't have a fence yard but I am fine on a 50 foot pole line. I am leash trained and love being outdoors. I wish for a new home so that we can begin a new life together. The adoption fee for Lucy is $300. Please contact Vicki at (262) 496-9324 or Lucy's foster mom, Judy, at dusteaj@msn.com. Adoption application is available on our website at www.tinypawssmalldogrescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucy, a Union Grove Treeing Walker Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Treeing Walker Coonhound for sale in Union Grove, or seeking a Treeing Walker Coonhound dog from a breeder in Union Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Treeing Walker Coonhound breeders who help with Treeing Walker Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
