Fauna Fay (POM)'s Story...
This trio of little sisters was rescued from a rural shelter when their owners turned them in unwanted. They stated that their mom was a dachshund mix and their dad is pug mix. As you can see from her pictures, she's a mix of all of those. They have beautiful eyes and sweet personalities. They love other pets, they love to play with people and they can't wait to find their forever families. All have been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated....now all they need is you! We think they will be medium size pooches when they're full grown. Please apply....they're waiting for a new family to love them!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fauna Fay (POM), a Washington Pug/Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Dachshund for sale in Washington, or seeking a Pug/Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Washington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Dachshund breeders who help with Pug/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington paves the way for another one to be saved.
