Maximus is a handsome black and white cat who is looking for a forever home. Maximus is quite a playful boy who loves to get a new toy! He enjoys your pets and attention. Maximus does sometimes nibble/nip playfully when you pet him, so we think it might be better not to have very small children in his new home. Sweet Maximus has FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus). He is a healthy boy and you can read more about FIV at reputable sources on line. He cannot pass this on to any other breed of animals or humans. Only cats can get FIV. Many veterinarians say that FIV positive cats can live safely in the same home with FIV negative cats. For sure, they pose no risk to humans, dogs, and other pets. Maximus hopes that someone will open their heart and home to him and his playfulness. Will it be you?
It is an $85 adoption fee to adopt a cat or kitten and includes spay/neuter, FIV testing, Feline Leukemia testing, Heartworm testing, de-wormer, rabies, microchip, and a general health exam. No profit is generated from the adoption fee.
