Desi was picked up by animal control as a stray. He was struggling in the shelter for 2-3 weeks. He could only be handled with a net, and was quickly put on the euthanasia list. But somehow, as they were prepping him to be euthanized, he figured it out and was able to give the shelter staff a glimmer of hope that he could be socialized and maybe adoptable. So they spared him at the last minute, and continued working with him.

When a spot opened up, Nobody's Perfekt Dogs was able to pull him into foster care. As soon as he was out of the shelter and in a safe home, he became a totally different dog - loving attention. He also gets along well with other dogs.
