Betsi does not love people. Don't get me wrong, she doesn't hate them. She just doesn't love them. Betsi cannot be touched. Humans scare her, no matter how non-threatening that person appears. Please excuse her photos. She found the photographer with the long lens camera pointed at her a little threatening. She was quite scared about having a stranger in her room. She doesn't normally look angry and scared. She's a content little girl when she's around people she knows.

Now, before you get the wrong idea about Besti, rest assured that she is a sweet girl. She actually likes human company while she eats her breakfast and dinner. She even purrs while her foster caregiver sits in her room to keep her company.

While Betsi is not a people cat, she is, however, a cat's cat. Betsi adores other cats. She loves to snuggle up with her foster home's resident cats. Betsi has several toys that she loves to play with and carries them around with her.

Betsi will need to go to a home where there is another cat so that she has a cat companion. For more information about Betsi, please call Joan at 651-705-6264.

Betsi's adoption fee is $120.

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
