Howdy folks, I’m Celest and as you can see I am a big smoocher. I love to snuggle and hang out with my people. I was saved from a scary shelter and had weaned my pups recently so I was lonely, sad and confused as to where I was. Thankfully CARE rescue saw me and felt that I was there kinda dog! I am now in a foster home with awesome kiddos and other dogs. This is heaven for me. I am a medium sized spaniel and border collie blend. I am ready for my forever home as I am eager to please and am house broken and crate trained and ready to join a loving family! I am approx. 35lbs and 3 years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Celest, a New York Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie for sale in New York, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie dog from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
