Ever wish you could view your cat’s baby pictures to see how adorable they were when they were born? Well with Jo, wish granted: we have the baby pictures to show what this cutie looked like when she made her debut into this world! That’s right, one of the cats we rescued was pregnant and it wasn’t long before Jo and her 2 siblings, Lilly and Kodi, were born into the RESCUE family!
Sweet Jo is the most shy of her siblings, but she is also the biggest snuggler! Jo loves her people! She adores being picked up and held close – unlike her siblings, Jo is quite content to snuggle in your arms and won’t try to wiggle away and wander off! Jo enjoys being petted, purring with satisfaction the entire time. She is also quite happy to make herself at home in your lap for an extended period of time.
Jo’s cautious nature causes her to thoughtfully survey her environment and develop a game plan before jumping into playtime activities. Often times you can find Jo making her observations from the tallest floor of the nearest cat condo! Once Jo springs into action, she adores batting around balls, chasing the elusive laser light, and running in and out of long, crinkly cat tunnels! Jo loves playing with sparkly wands and feather wands. She especially gets a kick out of it when you “draw” patterns on the floor with feathers for her to chase! She also attacks pipe cleaners like a champ! Playing with other kitties is another one of her favorite activities – they better watch out though - she’s been known to play with her feline friends’ tails!
Watching Jo grow from a tiny baby kitty to the fun, adventurous, loving kitty she is today has been such a privilege for us. Now it is time to help her take the next step and find her forever family who can enjoy all she has to offer! To learn more - www.azrescue.org
