LOUIE's Story...
Hi, my name is lOUIE and I'm a 2.5 yr old neutered male. I love people and some dogs. I would prefer to be the only dog in the house. I like to go for walks and rides in the car. I'm a big guy and not suited for small children. I do best in an adult home. I am very loving and will follow you around. I would make a wonderful family pet and I am the sweetest guy ever. I'm also the favorite here at rescue. I am a very easy dog to live with and want you to come see just how sweet I am.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LOUIE, a Granite Bay Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Granite Bay, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Granite Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Granite Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Granite Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Granite Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
