PIPPY's Story...
**COURTESY POST**

Pippy was a rescue from Maricopa County Animal Care and Control where he was listed as having a condition known as "happy tail." A local rescue Medical Animals In Need (MAIN) took Pippy in nursed him back to health and now he is available for adoption and ready for a forever home! This sweet young guy is FULL of energy and loves to play; he would love to be your exercise partner! Don’t worry though- he’s got a sweet side too and loves to cuddle and give kisses! He is approximately three years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations. Do you think you could open your home and heart to Pippy? Email medicalanimalsinneed@gmail.com to set up a meet and greet!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PIPPY, a Gilbert American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
