Lil’ Bubsie was dumped at Heartland which is not only cruel, it’s illegal! This adorable, tiny girl was born in 2014 and still has plenty of kitten energy. She is a gray tabby with the most gorgeous green eyes. Lil’ Bubsie may take a moment or two to get to know you, but once she does, she’ll be happy to accept chin rubs. This playful girl loves all toys. She is fine with other cats as long as they like to run and play. She is not a fan of drama or bullies, so if you have other cats, please make sure they are as laid back as this lovely lady. Lil' Bubsie is even prettier in person than in her pictures. We dare you to try to resist that face!

About Heartland Animal Shelter

About Our Shelter...

Heartland Animal Shelter is a no-kill humane 501 c 3 organization dedicated to finding homeless pets forever homes while educating the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets in order to help with the pet overpopulation problem.

Dr. Herbert Preiser, DVM and founder of Heartland Animal Shelter wanted to make a difference by saving the lives of pets who might otherwise be euthanized because of the over-population of unwanted pets. Dr. Preiser opened Heartland Animal Shelter in October of 2002.

Heartland's vision is to eliminate euthanasia to any adoptable animal. Heartland asks for your support by spreading the word about the importance of why pets should be spayed or neutered in order to prevent overpopulation of cats and dogs. Together we can make a difference!
