FROM HER CURRENT OWNER:
Little is a rescue 'rat-terrier' and very sweet. She’s not a barker or a biter, and loves to lay in the sun or sniff around the yard. She has 3 legs, the right front is amputated, but she is very mobile and loves to run around, she will come back by whistle for a treat and is very good with stairs, jumping up is no problem but she will stay off furniture when told to. Shy at first she is extremely friendly and loving once she knows you and always wants to cuddle when you want to. A very cat like dog, in that all she really wants is a little bed or lap to curl up in, and a space outside to safely roam a bit and then come back inside (she will never go far and always comes back at the call). There are no “accidents” when she has a yard (for new homes I would use puppy-pads while you’re away as she will need to adjust to your schedule). Loud neighborhoods are not a good place for her. As a small rescue she is completely comfortable when she knows a place but trucks/cars/and lots of pedestrians make her very uncomfortable. She would do best with a retired couple or someone who works part time at home and has a small garden/yard area they can just let her out to. She loves to snuggle, so someone who likes to have a pet in their lap while they read or watch tv is great. She also loves to curl up in her bed and does not have to be a lapdog, she is good about going to bed when told.
Little Wan Kanobi's adoption fee is $300. She is spayed, micro chipped, UTD on vaccinations and overall very healthy.
