My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lois is around 3 years old and about 55 pounds. She is the best kind of dog, a mystery mix! (Collie, herding dog, shepherd?) She is VERY sweet and loving, good with dogs and people. Not a barker. House and crate trained. She would be best in a house with other dogs.

Lois and Clark were rescued together. Initially we thought they were bonded, but since they have settled in they have become more independent. They are available for adoption either separately or together. If you are interested in Clark, visit LAAR.ORG. If you are interested in adopting only Lois we are open to adopting her with a trial period to make sure she is happy in her new setting.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization. Adoption process includes an adoption contract and home check. Adoption fee for dogs are $300 - 500 and for cats are $175. All of our animals are fixed, vaccinated, and chipped.

If you are interested in adopting or have further questions, please fill out the application at LAAR.ORG under the Adoption Process page.
