Hi, I'm Scratchy! I'm a Chihuahua- with a sparkling personality!
I am a little nervous at first but once you give me sometime I am an amazing snuggler! I am 100% FULLY POTTY TRAINED & CRATE trained, I get along great with other dogs, I haven't met a cat yet, but I am so little that I am sure I could learn to love and respect them too!
My adoption fee is $125, and includes my veterinary expenses as follows: current vaccines as my age allows, deworming, having me altered, getting a microchip so I don't ever get lost, current flea and tick preventative, and a veterinary exam. I would love a home that is patient and understanding.
Hey guys! Thanks for reading our pup's post and thank you for considering adopting a rescue! The volunteers at MCC are dedicated to helping you navigate everything and anything concerning your new pup! We would be happy to answer questions about food, veterinarians, groomers, dog daycare, training, boarding, and so much more! Please don't think that our mission stops once the pup is adopted, we are in it for the long haul- so don't be afraid to ask!
Once you adopt, what are you going to do for training? We strongly recommend canine services through SFK9 Dog Training. They are reputable canine service provider that many of our volunteers have trusted with their personal dogs. SFK9 Dog Training provides personalized training in real life and home settings. If you would like more information about their training or private boarding services, they can be reached by email SFK9Training@gmail.com or through their fb page, or their website www.sfk9il.com for more information! Discounts on training services may apply for MCC Alumni, so please mention us!
