My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome Gentry. He is a 2 year old Newfoundland/Great Pyrenees. He came in underweight at 106 pounds and is now about 125. He is a BIG boy. He is decent on a leash but hasn't been worked with much so he still jumps up. He is puppyish in his mannerisms so you will want to help this boy keep all four on the floor. He would be best with an owner that knows and has had a large breed dog. He is moderately active and content to hang out with his owner. He takes direction well and leans when he likes you. He will need a thyroid medicine for life but the medication is very inexpensive. We will provide 1 month supply so give you time to get into your vet for your own prescription. This is a wonderful boy and he would be best in a home where he can have all his owners attention and not share it with other dogs. He loves people and is ready for his forever home. If you would like to adopt this show stopper contact me for an application. His adoption fee is 170 and transport to the East Coast is 185. He is in Texas and we will be using a transporter (Rescue Road Trips) to deliver him to VA, PA, CT, MD, NJ, NY or VT.
