Meet Beatrice! Beatrice is the sweetest little gal. She was a stray brought into the shelter covered in ticks and fleas. She also had a large mass hanging from her belly. Beatrice had surgery to remove, what turned out to be, a hernia and is expected to make a full recovery. She has also been recently diagnosed with epilepsy, she is on phenobarbital to control the seizures. She takes the medication without any fuss and it doesn't cost very much to fill. This slight medical problem that Beatrice has is not a big deal in comparison to the what a treat it is to have sweet Beatrice around. She is just about the perfect dog! Beatrice is fostered with kids, cats, and dogs big and small and gets along with them all. She is an awesome, mellow, darling girl that loves everyone! She has great house manners and loves to go for walks and car rides. Beatrice will be the perfect addition to any home. Beatrice weighs 18 lbs and is about 7 years young.Our adoptions are restricted to residents of Los Angeles and Orange Counties. We do not ship animals or do long distance adoptions.
