Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adoptable Maus is a marvelous 10-month old whose nickname is “Little Loverboy” because he is so irresistibly loveable. One of Maus’s favorite moves is his “throwdown routine” in which he drops to the floor and rolls around on his back until he has been petted, belly-rubbed and loved. He actively seeks out affection from humans and animals alike: cuddling ranks high on his list of priorities, and he prefers sleeping in bed cuddled close to his humans throughout the night.
Maus the Little Loverboy is not likely to stay “little” for long: he is long, tall and lean and Dr. Wake predicts that he will be a big cat. His handsome black-and-white markings perfectly suit his amorous demeanor! His fur is shiny and sleek—satin to the touch.
Maus is a leaper who aims to please—ask him to jump, and he’ll ask “how high?” His favorite toys are things that make him fly through the air: whether it’s a bird or bauble attached to a string or a ball flung across the room—Maus enjoys spending time “in the air.”
Maus’s most striking characteristic is his intelligence: he is an incredibly smart cat who could probably be trained for a circus routine! He is an expert soccer player who taught resident cats to entertain themselves and each other by batting crinkle balls back and forth across the floor, and he is always the first of the three to figure out whatever “puzzle toys” get introduced to the house.
Maus is a high-energy junior cat who would do well in a household with children or other cats his age.
