Princess's Story...
Princess is the sweetest little dog, but still very shy, being new to the shelter. Her person was losing her home and couldn't take the dogs with. Princes is about 1 year old, learning about leashes and we think housebroken. She and brother, Roy would really like it if they could get adopted together - they are "joined at the hip"! We think the would also adjust better if they could go as a pair. Princess is sweet, just needs a little TLC!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess, a Reeds Spring Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Reeds Spring, or seeking a Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Reeds Spring.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reeds Spring already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reeds Spring breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Beagle/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reeds Spring paves the way for another one to be saved.
