I was surrendered as my previous owners were no longer able to care for me or train me due to their health issues.

Date of Birth: June 2015

Energy Level: Medium to High

Size (adult): Medium to Large

Good with Dogs? Yes
I live with dogs at my foster Mom's home and enjoy hanging out with them.
Good with Cats? Unknown
Good with Kids? Unknown

Critter Twitter:

I am still a puppy so I love to have fun and explore the world. I have a lot of energy and daily long walks help me tame my bouncy personality.

About my Behaviour:

I aim to please and have been busy learning the ways of the world. I'm a fast learner and am getting the hang of the basic commands "stay and sit" and come to my name. My forever family will have to continue my training, as being a puppy I have to be taught not to jump up or play with my mouth.

I am being kennel-trained and love sleeping in my cozy kennel at night and when my foster family is at work.

I am happy to say I have no potty issues.

How’s my Health?

I am neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sarge, a Edmonton Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
