BENSON's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

BENSON's Story...
BENSON is a great dog for a family! He is larger at about 75 pounds. He is training well in the PAWS BEHIND BARS prison training program at Luther Luckett and wants to show off his skills for his new family! BENSON loves to play and would enjoy an active family, such as someone who will take him running or for walks! He loves to play ball and has a bit of a drive there, so we don't recommend cats in the household. He is a gentle giant and a very friendly dog! BENSON is fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, neutered and microchipped. If you'd like to meet this nice family dog, please contact Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue at email: adoptmebpr@aol.com or phone 502-777-1442.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BENSON, a LaGrange German Shepherd Dog/Mountain Cur dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Mountain Cur for sale in LaGrange, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Mountain Cur dog from a breeder in LaGrange.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in LaGrange already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a LaGrange breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Mountain Cur breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Mountain Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in LaGrange paves the way for another one to be saved.
