"Hi, friends! My name is SCOOTER, and everyone I meet is a new friend. I'm a one-year-old Miniature Poodle mix who has a CHEERFUL disposition and a zest for life. I enjoy the company of other dogs, and I'm happy to see everyone. I know how to sit on command, and I can learn whatever else you'd like to teach me. I'm a young, smart guy who responds well to positive reinforcement. In other words, I'm motivated by treats and affection. I'm young and fairly energetic at this point, so I'll need a good daily walk. I like to chase after balls, too, when the mood strikes me. I'd want to be in an adult home, as kids tend to concern me under certain situations. I sure hope you'll come get to know me here at the El Cajon Animal Shelter. They've got a really nice play yard where you'll get a chance to see what a HAPPY and FUN fellow I am. Love, Scooter"
