Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi everybody! My name is Axe! I am an 8 year old, 6 lb female Chihuahua. I think Animal Control named me that because I have a deep manly sort of bark. I am the sweetest girl in the whole wide world - my foster mom says - despite my unhappy past. I was found by Animal Control roaming the streets of Dodge City, Kansas - with a broken leg that was just dangling and unable to use. I must have been a breeding girl since I am not spayed either. So when the wonderful rescue - All About Paws heard about me, they scooped me up and transported me to St. Louis. When I got here, I was not housetrained and never saw a potty pad ever - I got it down now! My leg was amputated on March 17th, and I'm doing great!!! Don't even miss it! I am ready to move on to my forever home! I get along with all my K9 foster brothers and sisters, and also all human friends - large and small. So please keep me in mind when looking for your new family member! Axe is up to date on all her shots, is heartworm negative, on heartworm preventative, has had a dental, is de-wormed, spayed, and microchipped. Axe’s’ adoption fee is $250. She would do best in a home without very young children. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS.
