What's up everyone! ? I'm Jasper and full of personality. Im only 6 months old so still a youngster who likes to play. I used to live outside with my mom Sera until a lady took us home with her. She contacted our rescue and they are working together to find me and my mama furever homes. Isn't that exciting? A furever home for me! I'm super handsom and ready to be someone's special man! I promise to love you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jasper, a Charlotte American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
