Karo's Story...
Super adorable and lovable!

Karo is a gorgeous girl with a distinct bi-color coat that is very pettable and fluffy. She is such a love, very gentle and cuddly with a mix of lap lover and toy stuffed mouse chaser. And she also likes to amuse herself on a windowsill to catch up on all her latest shows. She is very social, loves your attention, and adores being petted. She will even give you adorable headbutts to let you know she would appreciate some head rubs. Karo is as sweet as Karo syrup and will love you with all her heart!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Karo, a Houston Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
