Sandy's Story...
Hi my name is Sandy like on the beach (totally dude!) and I am a Macho Great Pyrenees trapped in a long haired Chihuahuas body. Im about a year old, neutered, had all my shots and been tested for heart worm and am current on my preventative. I won't tell you my story until I get to know you better because it is, like, made for Hollywood terrible. But you know what? Im OK and aside from a little puffy tear duct in one eye I have healed up and am ready to guard your lap. I get along with my foster brothers but sometimes I have to keep them in line if you know what I mean. I am full grown and only weigh 18 lbs. and Oh yea, I am a boy in spite of my name. If you want a little rug rat lap dog call my foster dad at 870-291-0365 or better yet foll out an adoption application at icare-ark.com. Later baby!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sandy, a Melbourne Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Melbourne, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Melbourne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Melbourne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Melbourne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Melbourne paves the way for another one to be saved.
