Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This big wonderfully fluffy boy is Mikey. He is a 3 year old Great Pyrenees. It may not look it in this picture but he is almost as tall as an adult when up on his hing legs! He is fostered in a home with children and other dogs, big and small. He is good with the children. He's not overly fond of little dogs though. You know how it is...little dogs try to compensate for their size by being all "in your face" and Mikey isn't into that. So if he was going to be in a home with other dogs, that would be fine if they were medium size and up and knew not to get all right up in the new guy's space. He is chasing the cats at his foster home too so probably a furever home without cats would be best. Unless you have a very fast cat so it didn't get caught smile emoticon If you don't know about the Great Pyrenees breed, do some research. They are a guardian breed and are truly magnificent dogs but as with most "guardian breeds" they have some quirks so an experienced, dog savvy adopter would be best. Oh and if you're not into a dog that needs some brushing, Mikey isn't the boy for you. Great Pyrenees do need brushing and grooming so their undercoat doesn't become one big mat
