Ruth's Story...
Hello, my name is Ruth and I have fancy things, like this chair. I'll give you a moment to look at it. Pretty, isn't it? I have a bench, it's my rustic look. I also have a fancy collar with my fancy name. Ruth - I was named after Ruth Bader Ginsburg who, as you know, has a fancy job. But life hasn't always been fancy for me. I was homeless for quite some time. My foster is a teacher and I followed her home from school every day for about a month, but I was not sure about living with her, I have discriminating taste you know. So I let her feed me, we enjoyed our walks....to school....home from school...and so on. Then I decided that I was much too fancy for street life and that my foster would be a nice person to live with - and so I let her take me home.

The rest, as they say, is history. My adoption fee is $500 and will include my spay surgery, microchip, vaccinations, health certificate and transportation from the Memphis area to your area upon adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ruth, a Brattleboro Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
