Meet Elsa, a pretty little 4 month old puppy found abandoned in the streets of Cairo, Egypt. She's very affectionate and loves people, cats, and dogs. Thanks to the dedication of a network of Good Samaritans in Egypt, Elsa is arriving at Dulles Airport on Saturday, May 7th, and will be in foster care with Pets Bring Joy until her forever family is found.
