My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our sweet Heidi may not have come from the Swiss Alps, but she is an orphan looking for her own forever family! Heidi is a 1 year old wire-haired dachshund mix. She is a typical dachshund making her very active and full of personality. She loves people and other dogs as well as running as fast as her short little legs will let her!

**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted to families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside-especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a "tie out" or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced in yard.** All Compassion in Action of TN dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
