Vic's Story...
Emitt is about 10 months old. He and his brother Vic were strays who were being cared for by some kind folks. When they could no longer care for them, they were brought to the Sanctuary. When they first arrived, Vic and Emitt were completely terrified. Both hid for weeks. With patience, understanding and TLC, they are really starting to come out of their shells. They are starved for love and attention. Both are enjoying all the petting and chin/head scratching they can get. Vic and Emitt are handsome, healthy, neutered, vaccinated and negative for felv.

We are hoping they can be adopted together but do not need to be.

Come out and meet Vic!

We do cat adoptions at the shelter every Saturday from 10 till 2 or by appointment.
For their safety, cats and kittens must go home in a carrier.
Adoption fees can be paid either cash or check.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Vic, a Breinigsville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Breinigsville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Breinigsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Breinigsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Breinigsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Breinigsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
