Chevy's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Chevy's Story...
Chevy is looking for his forever home.
Chevy is your classic, sweet natured Golden Retriever and is a super loving boy. He is around 3 1/2 years old, fully up to date on shots and has been given a clean bill of health by the vet. He is located north of Seattle, but is adoptable to the right home in the Puget Sound region.
Chevy spent his first year and a half locked in a crate in a garage and wasn't neutered until he was around 2, so he has had challenges with marking in his current home with another male dog. Chevy does well in the crate during the day. He does well with other dogs, but strong human leadership will be beneficial for him. He is medium energy and is happy to chill or be your running partner.
If you are interested in adopting Chevy, please contact: or fill out our application:
Phone interview, application, references and home check will be mandatory.
Thank you all, we appreciate each and every one of you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chevy, a Olympia Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Olympia, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Olympia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olympia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olympia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olympia paves the way for another one to be saved.
